HADES
The ancient Greek city of Heloros near Syracuse, Italy, faces threats from rising sea levels and storm intensity. Despite its historical importance, the site is understudied and closed due to looting. In 2022, a new research initiative began to digitize and analyze Heloros' legacy data, employing advanced techniques like 3D mapping and machine learning. The project aims to preserve and raise awareness of Heloros through digital reconstruction and public engagement.

Palenque
This project redefines the study and preservation of Maya heritage in Southern Mexico through digital documentation and dissemination. Partnering with the Proyecto Regional Palenque (PREP), UC Berkeley, and others, we explore new online methods for sharing 3D visualizations, making the results accessible to scholars, students, and local communities in Chiapas.
