A joint event organized by the Institute for Intercultural Communication (LMU) and the vhs im Norden des Landkreises München e.V.
Trust is a fundamental condition of human coexistence – and at the same time a puzzling social phenomenon. How does trust develop? How does it stabilize relationships and social order? And what causes it to be shaken or destroyed?
Dr. Gregor Sterzenbach, researcher at the Institute for Intercultural Communication, will explore trust from intercultural, psychological, and sociological perspectives. The lecture will also address cultural differences and the question of how trust can be maintained or restored.
This event is jointly organized by the Institute for Intercultural Communication at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) and the vhs im Norden des Landkreises München. It will take place exclusively online via Zoom.
